Ne emerge da una parte una rappresentazione possibile dell’”indistinto europeo” - quel paesaggio che sfugge alle rappresentazioni olografiche e stereotipate dall’iconografia turistica - e, dall’altra, un mondo di piccole performance e gesti di riappropriazione temporanea negli spazi urbani e suburbani. "Perspectives on Archive" trasforma un materiale apparentemente di scarto in un flusso audiovisivo ritmato da una colonna sonora di strati di suoni sovrapposti che scorre e avanza evidenziando man mano come l’inconscio visivo contemporaneo si intrecci con il lento ed inesorabile processo di formazione dell'immaginario urbano del presente. Andrea Lissoni	Having always had an interest in the representation of urban and suburban space, in the depth of the layers of sounds and visions in the landscape, Invernomuto has realized a video in the form of a long suite, halfway between an oversized installation and an experimental film. Perspectives on Archive selects, reframes and juxtaposes sequences from the recorded material that had been "excluded" from the edited videos of missions realized by students and Check-in Architecture authors, visible on youtube. In this work there emerges on the one hand a possible representation of the "undistinguished European", that landscape that eludes the holographic representations stereotyped by tourist iconography. And, on the other, small performances ensue from urban spaces whose rhythm is given by a musical soundtrack structured around layers and levels of overlapping sounds. Perspectives on Archive transforms what was apparently discarded material into a magnetic audiovisual flux that flows and advances as it portrays how the contemporary visual unconscious is interweaving with the slow but inexorable formation process of urban imaginary in the present.
